The current price of a kilogramme of LPG in Pakistan is Rs. 229. The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (OGRA) determines this pricing. Newly updated for April 2023 is the OGRA tariff for LPG gas per kilogramme and per cylinder. In the home, Pakistanis burn LPG. LPG gas is used by certain auto-rickshaw drivers as well. All commodity prices have gone up after Ishaq Dar submitted Finance Bill 2023 raising the general sales tax from 17% to 18%.
The price of LPG has been increased by OGRA by Rs. 48.80 per kilo. As of April 1, 2023, LPG gas prices have been updated by OGRA to include GST at the rate of 18%.

In a major price cut announcement, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) in Pakistan has lowered LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) rates in April 2023.

OGRA LPG News in Pakistan April 2023:
According to the Ogra announcement, the price of a home 11.7-kilogram LPG cylinder has dropped by Rs. 575.54, resulting in a decrease of Rs. 48.80 per kilogram, bringing the price of LPG down to Rs. 229.
The notification states that a decrease of Rs 2,214 has been made to the price of commercial cylinders, resulting in a new price of Rs 10397 per cylinder.
Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ogra has lowered the price of LPG by Rs 49 per kg, but consumers are still being overcharged by the LPG mafia. The new price is regulated at Rs 229 per kg. Priced from 1 gramme up to Rs 270 per kilogramme.
Starting at midnight on March 31, 2023, the new pricing will be in effect for the entire month.
