Gujranwala Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education
The Board of intermediate and secondary of Gujranwala was formed in 1982. It is located in Sialkot Bypass in Lohuanwala, Gujranwala. It conducted its inaugural exam for secondary and higher secondary schools in 1983. It is directly affiliated with Punjab Education Authority and has an independent right. It represents districts Gujranwala, Gujrat, Mandi Bah-ud Din, Hafizabad, Narowal, and Sialkot and had the charge to conduct and declared the results of these areas. The BISE Gujranwala is responsible to conduct fair and transparent exams of Primary, Middle, Secondary, and Intermediate Examinations. all the private and public school and college that are affiliated with this board start their admission at beginning of the academic year. There are two levels of exams conducted by the BISE Multan Board. These are the first and second levels. At the first level, the candidates prepare to take the written exam. At the second level, they prepare for the practical exam. After the declaration of the results by the commission, students can check the results on the official website of the board. The Gujranwala Board of Education works as per the directions of the Punjab Government or the Punjab Ministry of Education.

Procedure to check the result:
- Visit the official website of the BISE Gujranwala board.
- In the main menu, click the “Result” option.
- Now a new results page will open.
- Select “resulting year”.
- Select the name as “Annual or supplementary”.
- Enter roll no. issued by the board.
- Click on the Search button then the result will be visible.
